All the Year 1 children have had a great time at the beach today. We had really good fun, even though the weather wasn’t always kind to us!

Last week, Year 3 attended a Stone Age workshop with an external visitor to school.  This was a great opportunity for children to retrieve information they had previously learnt about the Stone Age and extend their knowledge. The children had lots of fun acting out Stone Age actions to show the meaning of words.

On Friday some of our lucky Year 2 pupils went to sing a song they have been learning, at the local care home, as part of the Windrush generation commemorations. Thank you to John Carew for letting us go in his police car!
